Large bowl - Definitely choose a stainless steel one - they are lighter than the stone or glass ones and very easy to clean.
Airtight container - I much prefer the click-shut lids on these containers compared to others.
They are also dishwasher and freezer safe and BPA free, so very suitable for food use.
Baking Sheet - I have chosen to use a non-stick and BPA free baking sheet - they are easy to clean and, if you buy more than one, easily stackable and easily stored.
Recipe | 2-Ingredient Banana and Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
Makes 7-8 cookies
45g banana, mashed
100g 100% smooth natural peanut butter
Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 180C or 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the banana to a big bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
Add the peanut butter to the mashed banana, stir together using a wooden spoon until a dough like consistency is formed.
Using a teaspoon, scoop out teaspoon of the mixture and roll into cookie dough balls, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Using the back of a fork, push down making a criss-cross pattern, making a round cookie shape.
Place the baking sheet into your preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
Leave the chewy cookies to cool on a wire rack and serve the baked cookies at room temperature.
