Ice mould for strawberry sorbet - These are sold as water bottle freezer sticks but I think they are perfect for frozen treats and they are just the right size for little fingers!
Recipe | 2 Ingredient Strawberry Dessert
Ingredients
Makes 1-2 desserts
2 large strawberries, mashed
8 teaspoons Natural plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
Mash 1 strawberry and distribute between 2 of the moulds in the ice cube tray. Place in the oven for at least 2 hours.
To assemble the strawberry dessert, Take the other mashed strawberry and place 2 teaspoons at the bottom of the jar.
Next take 2 teaspoons of the yogurt and place on top of the mashed strawberries. Repeat until the jar is filled to the top.
Drizzle with the remaining mashed strawberry juice on top of the dessert and pop into the top of the jar the frozen strawberry sorbet.
Serve right away.

Combine the mashed strawberry and yogurt in a medium mixing bowl, transfer to a airtight container and freeze to make a 2-ingredient strawberry ice cream.
