Ingredient information
Pasta - I have used a large shell pasta but you can use a pasta of your choice.
Delicious fresh pasta is always a great option, if you’re able to use a pasta machine or pasta maker.
Garlic and herb soft cheese - I have used `Boursin soft cheese, but you can use a garlic and herb soft cheese of choice.
Serving suggestion
The pasta would be great served with vegetables such as courgette or roasted carrots. Followed by a cheesecake or a strawberry dessert.
Storage instructions
The pasta can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days, stored in an airtight container, or you could use a container with plastic wrap to cover the pasta.
If you wanted to freeze the pasta, you will need to store in an airtight container.
Make sure the pasta has cooled to room temperature before transferring to an airtight container to the freezer.
To defrost the pasta leave in the fridge overnight, and make sure it has fully defrosted.
To reheat the pasta bake, transfer to a saucepan and reheat on a medium-high heat.
Once the pasta has been defrosted and reheated you will not be able to re-freeze.

Saucepan - So many pan sets out there but I particularly like to use pans with a non-stick surface for ease of cleaning and ones that are suitable for different types of hob surface.
Airtight container - I much prefer the click-shut lids on these containers compared to others.
They are also dishwasher and freezer safe and BPA free, so very suitable for food use.
Mixing bowl - I like to use a stainless steel mixing bowl - they are usually lightweight and easy to clean.

Ingredients
Makes 2-3 portions
100g pasta shells
1 heaped tablespoon garlic and herb soft cheese
Instructions
Start by cooking the pasta in a pot of water for 10-15 minutes until soft.
Drain the pasta water, and reserve some of the cooking water and set aside.
Pour the pasta into a mixing bowl and add in the soft cheese and a little bit of the pasta cooking water.
Stir the pasta and soft cheese until the pasta is coated in pasta sauce and serve.
