Ingredient information
Weetabix biscuit - I have used Weetabix, you could use a homemade granola too if you prefer.
Yogurt - I have used a plain Greek style yogurt, you could use a plain natural yogurt or a vegan/plant based alternative for dairy free/vegan babies.
Banana - Packed with potassium, a great sweet treat for weaning and great to be used as a natural sweetener instead of sugar for many baby recipes.
Milk - I have used whole milk but you could use a semi skimmed milk or an oat milk for dairy free babies.
Peanut butter - I have used a smooth 100% nut butter for this recipe as there are no added sugars or salt.
Serving suggestion
This is great served on its own, if you did want to serve with something else, toast fingers or egg muffins would be a great option.
You could serve with fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries or blackberries.

Storage instructions
This can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days, just be mindful of the best before date of the yogurt, if it is up in during those 3 days it may not be ok to serve to your little one.
You could save half of the yogurt for the next day, as it is a large portion. That would be ok too. It is possible to serve the pots at room temperature.
It is possible to freeze the pots, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Make sure you leave the pots overnight in the fridge before serving, makes for a frozen treat too to replace a vanilla ice cream if you wish.
Equipment used to help with this recipe
Kilner jars - These are snack sized glass pots with easy push-on silicone lids which are water tight and leak-proof making them ideal for carrying light bites and snacks on-the-go.
Airtight container - I much prefer the click-shut lids on these containers compared to others. They are also dishwasher and freezer safe and BPA free, so very suitable for food use.

Instructions
- Start by placing the Weetabix and milk in a small bowl and leave them to soak for 5 minutes or so, until easily mashable.
- Mix the peanut butter with the yogurt in another small bowl until combined. Mash the banana and place in a small bowl and set aside.
- Start by layering up the pot, starting with the weetabix, you will need approx 2 teaspoons of the Weetabix.
- Next add 1-2 teaspoons of the mashed banana followed by the yogurt and peanut butter and repeat until you have filled the pot.
Notes
You could leave the Weetabix out for gluten-free babies and soak the milk with gluten-free oats if you prefer, or leave this step out altogether.
